Get a grip on your sales process
Divide your sales process into phases. For each phase, arrange what and when to do something with leads that are in that phase.
Settings per phase
For each phase, you can set reminders, the probability of a lead becoming a customer and whether to automatically send an email to leads in this phase.
Register a sales opportunity
Are you contacting a lead for the first time? Then register this lead as a sales opportunity.
Calculate expected sales
For each phase, record the probability of someone becoming a customer. Silvasoft will then calculate the expected turnover per lead and associated phase. This way you will always have insight into the expected turnover for the coming period.
Follow up your leads
View your work inventory every day. This contains an overview of leads that require action that day. This way you always keep a grip on your leads.
Automatic emailing
For each phase, set whether automatic emailing applies to it. If so, each lead will automatically receive an email the moment the lead enters that phase.
